I specialize in the Genesee County region of Western New York including the City of Batavia, all of Genesee County, and portions of Monroe, Livingston, Wyoming, and Orleans Counties.

I list and sell homes, farms and commercial properties in a marketplace that includes the Greater Rochester and Greater Buffalo Metropolitan areas. In order to have this wide range geographic service area, I participate in TWO large multiple listing systems so that I can provide loads property information to buyers and extensive promotional services to sellers.
